| 摘 要： | 以常州市某老旧小区的28栋装配式大板结构住宅楼为例,在原结构存在缺陷和工程造价、施工工期、对住户的影响等多重技术难题条件下,基于房屋渗漏现状和检测报告,进行了原因分析,提出了合理的修复加固方案.研究成果对类似老旧小区的综合性能提升和改造关键技术有一定的参考价值.

| Abstract: | Taking 28 residential buildings with prefabricated large panel structure in an old residential in Changzhou as an example,and considering multiple technical problems such as defects of original structure,project cost,construction period and impact on households,based on housing leakage status and inspection report,the causes are analyzed,and reasonable restoration and reinforcement program is put forward.The research results have a certain reference value for the improvement of comprehensive performance and the key technology of transformation in similar old residential areas. |
