摘    要:石莼属绿藻中含有多种生物活性物质,其中最主要的生物活性成分为石莼属绿藻多糖(ulvan).石莼属绿藻多糖是位于绿藻细胞壁上的一类酸性多糖,具有特殊的分子结构,主要由硫酸化的鼠李糖、糖醛酸和木糖组成;其可通过调节细胞信号传导功能而发挥多种生物功能.因此,石莼属绿藻多糖已逐渐成为功能食品和医药等领域的研究热点.本文首先概述...

Abstract:The Ulva contains a variety of bioactive substances,the most important of it is the polysaccharide(ulvan)Ulvan,with special molecular structure,is a type of acidic polysaccharide located on the cell wall of green algae,and mainly composed of sulfated rhamnose,uronic acid and xylose.It can exert various biological functions by regulating cell signal transduction.Thus,Ulvan has gradually become a research hotspot in the fields of functional food and medicine.This article comprehensively reviews the recent research progress on the physicochemical properties,average molecular weight,monoscaccharide composition,chemical structure of Ulvan,and the biological activities,including anti-oxidation,immunomodulation,anti-tumor,hypolipidemic and anti-viral effects.Furthermore,the effects of the structure of Ulvan on the bioactivities are also introduced,to provide a reference for further development of the Ulva algae resources and utilization of the ulvan.
