超声波技术检测乳化液浓度的数值模拟研究

摘    要:通过数值模拟(仿真技术)的理论和人工配比的实验,对超声波技术检测乳化液浓度的原理进行了研究,结果表明,信号稳定性和重复性良好,测试时间短,测试误差在允许的范围内,其技术可行。

Abstract:In the paper the principle method of inspecting emulsion concentration with ultrasonic technique by means of simulation and artificial experiments. The results show that the stability and the repeats of signals are better. Moreover, the period of inspection is much shorter than the old method, and the error of inspection is also within the limits permitted. So, the technique is possible.
