大中型电动机自适应继电保护装置的研制

摘    要:阐述了装置和硬件电路的构成及其特点,从硬件及算法两方面考虑了抗干扰的措施,采用多主冗余系统的CAN总线网和RS-485通信网络,以适应不同层次的应用需要。采用自适应差动、速断、过流保护原理,以满足运行方式变化剧烈的要求。采用软件测量频率简化了硬件电路,采用定点采样提高了准确度。对样机进行试验,证明性能良好。

Abstract:The configuration and its features are described in this paper.The immunity to electromagnetic interference is considered from the aspects of hardware and software.Taking CAN bus with multi-master and redundant system and RS-485protocol for communication can meet various requiremeats of applications.Taking self-adaptive principle for differential protection,instantaneous trip protection and over-current protection can adapt the device to tremendous change of operation modes of the motor.Using software to measure frequency simplifies the hardware circuit.Using stable-point sampling improves the accuracy of calculation.The prototype is tested,achieving good results.
