| 摘 要： | 对于大起升高度的起重机起升机构，近年来采用折线卷筒多层缠绕布置形式的日趋增多，具体分析了多层铲绕时钢丝绳相互摩擦产生的磨损和断丝现象，给出了多层缠绕钢丝绳卷筒组设计及检测维护的注意事项。

| Abstract: | In recent years,multi lay winding broken line type drums are used increasingly in hoisting mechanisms with high lifting height.This paper discusses wear and broken wire phenomena due to friction between the multi lay winding wire ropes.Some advice is provided on design,inspection and maintenance of this type of drum. |
