铅酸蓄电池PE隔板短路问题的研究

摘    要:对PE隔板引起蓄电池失效的3种主要方式:渗透短路、氧化问题和机械损伤进行了分析研究。对PE隔板渗透问题的机理、PE隔板氧化损坏的机理做了深入分析,并列举了造成PE隔板机械损伤的原因。采用直观的照片对隔板失效状态加以说明,并使用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对不同状态PE隔板的微观结构进行了分析。

Abstract:As we know that penetration,oxidation,mechanical damage are three main failure modes of PE separators.The objective of this study is to discuss and analyse the reasons for failures as well as the mechanisms thereof.The failed states of PE separators were shown by visual picture,and the microstruc-tures of PE separators with different states were studied by using SEM.
