石墨烯制备和应用中的表面科学与技术

摘    要:石墨烯自2004年被成功制备以来,引起了世界范围的研究热潮,物理、化学和材料等领域的学者对其制备方法、性能表征和应用研发投入了极大兴趣。文中在简要综述石墨烯制备和应用研发现状的基础上,探讨了石墨烯制备和应用中涉及的表面科学和表面技术问题。文中指出,为促进石墨烯工程化应用,在石墨烯制备方法和应用研发中,应围绕石墨烯表面改性理论与方法、石墨烯材料及其产品制备表面工程技术方法等方面,多领域学者和工程师合作研究、协同创新。

Abstract:Graphene has aroused a researching rush in the world since it was prepared in 2004. The scientists in various fields such as physics, chemistry and materials has paid great interests in its preparation, characteristics and applications. With overview of the achievements of graphene preparation and applications, surface science and technology related to graphene preparation and applications was put forward and discussed in this paper. It points out that researchers and engineers in various fields should, with collaborative innovation, focus on graphene surface modification theory and techniques, fabrication approaches of graphene materials and products to promote graphene industrial applications.
