汽轮机排气缸流场的数值模拟研究

摘    要:针对某汽轮机排汽缸进行了几何建模并进行数值模拟,给出了内部复杂的流场结构,分析了排汽缸内的损失分布。通过对排汽缸流场的细致分析,考察了流动损失产生的原因,为汽轮机排汽缸外形设计提供参考。

Abstract:The geometrical modeling and numerical simulation were made for the LP exhaust hood of steam turbine,so that the inner 3D viscous flow has been numerically calculated by CFD software and the loss distribution of the exhaust hood has been analyzed.By analyzing the flow-field of the exhaust hood carefully,the reason of flow losses was reviewed to provide the reference for the design of the other steam turbine exhaust hoods.
