摘    要:通过工业试验研究,摸索出了铝电解槽表观电阻与氧化铝浓度之间的关系曲线。在此基础上,通过对试验数据的解析,建立了氧化铝浓度模糊控制模型,实现了名电解槽按需下料,极大地降低了阳极效应系数。同时开发出槽况自诊断,极距调整,设定电压自修正,阳极效应预报等模型,并成功地应用于基于PLC控制的一种新型铝电解槽控箱中。

Abstract:The correlation curve between apparent resistance of aluminium cell and alumina concentration is developed through industrial test and research. Based the above mentioned fact and analysis of test data, fuzzy control model for alumina concentration is set up, feeding on demand for aluminium cell is realized and anode effect factor is estremelyreduced.At the same time,the models for self diagnosis of cell condition,adjustment of preset voltage and forecasting of anode effect etc are developed and successfully applied in a new PLC based control cabinet for aluminium cell.
