硅酸盐水泥熟料着色机理的研究

本文研究了用天然原料烧制彩色硅酸盐水泥熟料的可能性和途径.采用了X射线衍射、岩相、扫描电镜和定点探针能谱分析,对彩色水泥热料作了分析鉴定.根据量子化学的配位场理论建立了弱场计算方案,从理论上明确了硅酸盐水泥熟料着色的机理和原因,并对工业生产彩色水泥提出了看法.

A Study on the Coloration Mechanism of the Portland Clinker

In this paper, an investigation is made to the possibility and ways for the sintering of coloured potland clinker with raw materials. Also, a series of testing procedures such as energy-spectrum analyses of X-ray diffraction, lithofacies, scanning electron microscope and fixed-point probe are carried out to clinkers of various colours to appraise the coloured minerals of the clinkers and the influence of the clinker coloration on the forming of clinken minerals. It is found that the clinker coloration can not change the mineral composition, but shows some influence on the crystal structure of C_3S and C_2S. Different coloring agents results in different coloured minerals and the intensities of coloring are different as well. The calculating method of the weak field is established on the basis of the theory of Ligand field of quantum chemistry, and the spectrum energy level of the ionic coloration of the 1st class transition metal is calculated within the range of visible light, thus gaining theoretically a clear idea of the mechanism and cause about the coloration of potland clinker. On the basis of analyzing factors of coloration of portland clinker, views on the industrial production of coloured portland clinker are presented as follows:Since the valence state and the coordination number of the colouring metal ion are effected by the thermal system and furnace atmosphere of calcining, so the colour of the clinker is determined by the thermal system and furnace atmosphere. Thus it is naturally to demand that in the production technology of coloured clinker, the furnace temperature and atmosphere of calcining must be properly controlled.
