穿脉无底柱分段崩落法底板岩石开掘边界的研究

摘    要:采用穿脉布置的无底柱分段崩落法,当矿体底板倾角不足时,为回收两条进路中间分段残留的矿石量通常采取开掘底板岩石的方法。本文以张家洼铁矿矿体条件为背景,采用模型试验方法,分析了不同开岩高度下的矿石回收率、岩石混入率、采出矿石品位、精矿产率的变化规律,探讨了矿石售价、采选成本变化时,开岩高度的变化特征,得出了当前条件下张家洼铁矿的临界开岩高度和开岩界限值。

Abstract:When the floor slope angle of ore body is deficient, it often adopt the method of digging floor rock in order to reclaim rudimental ore between two drifts with adopting drilling through vein non--pillar sublevel caving. On the background of ore body condition of Zhangjiawa Iron Mine, the paper has analyzed the changing law of rate of ore recovery, rate of rock drop--in, mined ore grade and productivity of extrac- tive ore in the vary height of digging rock, has discussed the changing characters of digging rock height when ore price and mining cost changing, has educed critical height of digging rock and the bourn value of digging rock of Zhangjiawa Iron Mine in the currently condition.
