| 摘 要： | 对连杆热锻模的热处理工艺进行了改进。结果表明，适当提高淬火温度与采用等温淬火有利于提高连杆热锻模的韧性，局部稀土硼共渗可以明显提高热锻模的耐磨性和使用寿命。

| Abstract: | The improvement of heat treatment process of the connecting rod hot forging dies was introduced. The results show that raising austenization temperature properly and using austemper process are beneficial to enhance the toughness of the hot forging dies. The partial RE-boriding for the dies can obviously increase wear-resistance and prolong the service life. |
