摘    要:采用油酸酰氯和甘氨酸在碱性溶液中反应制备出N-油酰基甘氨酸。用红外光谱对其主要官能团进行了表征;在四球摩擦磨损试验机上考察了N-油酰基甘氨酸在HVI350矿物基础油中的摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:N-油酰基甘氨酸作为矿物油添加剂表现出很好的抗磨和减摩性能,这可能是N-油酰基甘氨酸的极性基团吸附在钢球的表面,长碳链疏水性的烃基在金属表面形成较厚的保护膜,在高载荷下发生化学反应形成高强度的摩擦化学反应膜所致。此外,N-油酰基甘氨酸还具有良好的防锈性和生物降解性能,是一种环境友好型的多功能润滑添加剂。

Abstract:N-oleoyl glycine was prepared by reactions of glycine with chlorides under alkali solution,and its structure was characterized by means of IR.The tribological behavior of the resulting N-oleoyl glycine as lubricating additive of mineral oil was examined on a four-ball friction tester.The results show that N-oleoyl glycine considerably increases the load-carrying capacity,anti-wear and friction-reducing abilities of HVI 350 mineral base oil.This can be attributed to the formation of a well-bonded high strength boundary lubricating film on the rubbing steel surfaces,by way of adsorption of the polar groups plus strong attractions between the hydrophobic long chain alkyl components of the molecule,as well as tribochemical reactions of the additive with friction surfaces under heavy load.Otherwise,N-oleoyl glycine provides excellent anti-rust property and good biodegradability,and is promising as a multi-functional environmently friendly lubricating additive.
