LF炉混合型精炼渣脱硫的实验室研究

摘    要:在LF炉精炼渣系及成份设计的基础上,在实验室研究一种混合型脱硫精炼渣CaO-Al2O3-CaF2,加入发泡剂,脱硫速度明显加快。采用氮气保护,平均脱硫率达80%以上。

Abstract:On the basis of LF refining slag system and its composition design, a kind of mixed refining slag was studied in the lab, the composition of this refining slag was CaO-Al2O3-CaF2, added some foaming agent, the desulphurization was markedly accelerated. Protected with nitrogen, the average percentage of desulphurization was up to 80%.
