聚酰胺-胺树状大分子的合成及其除油性能研究

摘    要:以乙二胺(EDA)和丙烯酸甲酯(MA)为原料,采用发散法合成了各代聚酰胺-胺(PAMAM)树状大分子,红外光谱分析结果证明合成产物具有目标分子结构。正交实验结果表明,整代PAMAM树状大分子最适宜合成条件为:反应时间24 h,反应温度25℃,n(0.5 G)/n(EDA)1∶8,溶剂甲醇用量20%。采用2.0,3.0代PAMAM树状大分子对工业含油污水进行除油实验,结果表明,3.0代PAMAM的除油效果最佳,优于装置在用进口药剂罗曼哈斯,且在其加剂量为70 mg/L时,除油率达到85.1%,悬浮物质量浓度从138 mg/L降至73 mg/L。

Abstract:Polyamide-amine(PAMAM) dendrimers were synthesized by divergent method and using ethylenediamine(EDA) and methyl acrylate(MA) as feedstock.The products were proved to have the objective molecular structure by infrared spectroscopy(IR).The results of orthogonal experiments showed that the optimum reaction conditions for synthesizing integeral generation PAMAM dendrimers were:reaction time 24 h,reaction temperature 25 ℃,n(0.5 G)/ n(EDA) 1∶8,solvent methanol 20%.The oil removal performance of 2.0,3.0 generatio...
