纳米银抗菌涤纶/粘胶基甲壳素混纺纱的纺制及性能测试

摘    要:为探讨纳米银抗菌涤纶和粘胶基甲壳素两种纤维的混纺成纱性能,对1.33 dtex和1.67dtex不同纤度的两种纤维以30/70、50/50、70/30三种不同的混纺比混纺成纱,介绍了其纺制加工工艺和提高成纱质量的技术措施,并分别对不同纤度和不同混纺比的成纱性能进行了测试与分析。通过比较,得到了混纺纱线拉伸性能优良的最佳混纺比和纤度配伍,以期对实际工业化生产提供参考依据。

Abstract:To study the performance of antibacterial PET/chitosan fibre blended yarn,the 1.67 dtex chitosan fibre was blended spun with 1.33dtex or 1.67dtex antibacterial PET in three different ratio of 30/70 of 50/50 and 70/30.The technics of spinning process and measures of improving yarn quality were introduced.Those different kinds of yarns which were made in different ratio were tested.The testing results were analysed to find out a certain yarn with the best performance and the optimization of fiber match to pro...
