| 摘 要： | 以人为本是构建社会主义和谐社会的哲学基础。人是社会发展主体、发展动力、发展条件和发展目的,用以人为本思想来理解社会主义和谐社会理论,用以人为本思想来构建社会主义和谐社会,做到"发展为了人民、发展依靠人民、发展成果由人民共享、促进人的全面发展",各美其美,美美与共,加快形成全体人民各尽其能、各得其所而又和谐相处的社会局面。
