Cr-Mo系低合金钢锻前高温扩散工艺的实验研究

摘    要:文章以2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V钢为对象,研究了锻前高温扩散工艺中加热温度、保温时间对低合金Cr-Mo钢组织均匀程度的影响。实验结果表明,提高加热温度、增加保温时间都将提高钢组织的均匀程度,而加热温度的影响尤其明显。若以组织均匀程度为判定依据,该材料的锻前高温扩散参数应为1150℃×30h或1200℃×20h。如果保温时间过长,将出现网状仿晶界型铁素体,力学性能下降。

Abstract:With 2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V steel,the article study the influence of heating-up temperature and holding time,which are two major factors of diffusion annealing before forging,on homogenous degree of structure of Cr-Mo low-alloy steel. The results show homogenous degree of structure increase by rising heating-up temperature or prolonging holding time,especially the influence of heating-up temperature. The process of diffusion annealing before forging is at least 1150℃×30h or 1200℃×20h. However,if the holding time is too long,reticular grain boundary allotriomorphic ferrite produce at austenitic grain boundary,which reduce the mechanical property.
