| Abstract: | The present paper mainly introduces the production technology of hot dip galvanizing sheet for automobile abroad such as classical process of hot dip galvanizing on cold and hot rolling strip steel, processes in cleaning, annealing, the texturing technology of roll surface roughness, post - treatment etc, as well as the development of zinc pot technology. In the meantime it emphatically describes the key points of the research and development the production technology of hot dip galvanizing sheet for automobile in the future. |
