摘    要:随着国计民生对供电高可靠性要求的不断提高,高海拔输电线路定期停电试验的预防性维修制度,已远远不能满足现实要求;并且停电试验还间接造成巨大经济损失。因此,以在线监测为基础的维修策略逐步取代预防性维修制度已是必然趋势。文中结合我国西部高海拔输电线路在线远程监测系统的技术条件要求,开发设计一套输电线路在线远程监测的数据采集系统,负责将传感器数据通过GPRS网络实时传送到主站系统,并实现对所有传感设备进行控制,很好地满足了国民经济对供电高可靠性需求。

Abstract:With the improvement of high-reliability requirements for the power supply, high-altitude periodic power transmission line test system for preventive maintenance has been far from enough to meet the practical requirements. And power test also indirectly lead to huge economic losses. Therefore, it is an inevitable trend that the maintenance strategy based on-line monitoring gradually replaces the system of preventive maintenance. In this paper, a data collecting system for on-line remote monitor is designed according to the technical conditions of China's western power transmission line monitoring system. This system controls all of the sensor devices and transmits the data of sensor to the main station through the GPRS network in real-time systems. Thereby, it can meet high-reliability requirements of the power supply.
