焙烧温度对硅藻土陶粒孔隙特征的影响

摘    要:利用天然粘土和硅藻土作为主要原料,制备曝气生物滤池陶粒滤料。研究了焙烧温度对滤料孔径分布、比表面积、显气孔率等性质的影响。SEM形貌分析、压汞法孔径分析及其它的测试结果表明,当焙烧温度在950~1 050 ℃,可以制备出表面粗糙、物理化学稳定性良好的生物滤池陶粒滤料,滤料的比表面积7.76~5.49 m2/g,孔径范围0.003~10 μm,显气孔率73.88%~71.44%,容重0.77~0.84 cm3/g,有关性能指标优于进口陶粒滤料。

Abstract:Ceramisite filter material for biological aerated filer was prepared with natural clay and diatomite as the main materials. The effect of the roasting temperature on the properties of filter material such as pore size distribution, specific surface area and open porosity rate was investigated. The results of SEM shape analysis, pore size analysis by mercury intrusion and other tests show that when the roasting temperature is 950~1 050 ℃, the specific surface area of the filter material is 7.76~5.49 m2/g; the pore size, 0.003~10 μm; the open porosity,73.88%~71.44%; and the volume weight 0.77~0.84 m3/g, better than those of imported ceramisite filter material. It can be concluded that rough-surfaced ceramisite material with good physical and chemical stability can be produced for biological aerated filter.
