| Abstract: | This paper introduces firstly the requirements for VDSL, noise environments and spectral compatibility. Then, several line codes and duplex methods are discussed and compared. In particular, the Zipper duplex technique is discussed in detail. Finally, the applications and development of VDSL is introduced. |
