培养自动化专业创新性人才的教学模式初探

摘    要:通过对国内外高等院校自动化专业本科教学模式现状的比较与分析,探讨了当前我国普通高等院校自动化专业本科教学模式在培养创新性人才方面存在的问题与弊端,借鉴国外成功的培养模式,构建了一种有利于孕育自动化专业创新性高素质人才的教学模式,该模式主要包括理论依据、教学目标、操作程序、实现条件、教学评价等五个方面的内容,这对实践本专业的教育教学改革具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:The problems and drawbacks of the innovative specialists teaching mode for automation are discussed by comparison and analysis of the major's teaching mode in domestic and foreign universities.A novel teaching mode that benefits cultivating innovative talents of automation is formulated.It is comprised of five parts: the oretical basis,teaching objectives,operational procedures,achieving conditions and teaching appraisal.It is of guiding significance for carrying out the major's teaching reform.
