| 摘 要： | 针对热轧酸洗板平整工艺的特点，以带材前张应力横向分布均匀和辊间接触压力分布均匀作为目标函数，建立了热轧酸洗板平整机辊型优化的数学模型，并将其应用于攀枝花钢铁集团公司热轧酸洗板平整机辊型优化，提高了热轧酸洗板的平整质量，延长了轧辊使用寿命。

| Abstract: | According to the characteristics of tempering technology of hot rolled pickling sheet, a mathematic model that optimizal design the roll profile of temper mill is establised. In this model, the uniformity of the distribution of front tension and contact pressure between rolls is taken as the objective function. The sheet quality of tempering was improved and roll service life was prolonged after the model had been used in Panzhiua Iron and Steel Co. |
