摘    要:针对MG750/1915-GWD型采煤机,建立牵引部的故障树模型。运用RELEX可靠性分析软件,定量分析各故障模式发生概率、不可靠度及不可用度等可靠性参数。根据分析结果,改进故障发生概率高的部件结构,以提高整体可靠性。

Abstract:Taking aim at the MG750-1915 GWD shearer,the fault tree model of traction unit has been established.The occurrence probability of every fault mode, unreliability and unavailability of traction unit are quantitatively studied by using the reliability software RELEX.Based on the results of analysis,the components of high probability of fault may be improved for enhancing the reliability of whole traction unit.
