摘    要:以二氯化铁无刻蚀电镀工艺为基础,在氯化亚铁单盐(ρ=300~400g/L)中加入Al2O3惰性粒子,制备了Fe–Al2O3复合镀层。讨论了镀液中颗粒含量及电流密度对镀层中颗粒含量的影响,结果表明:镀层中Al2O3的含量随镀液中Al2O3的含量增加而增加,当镀液中Al2O3的含量继续增加到50g/L时,惰性粒子在复合镀层中的含量达到最大值;当电流密度达到25A/dm2时Al2O3在镀层中的共沉积量出现高峰。测试结果表明,该复合镀层耐磨性、耐腐蚀性都较好。

Abstract:A Fe-Al2O3 composite plating deposit was obtained based on non-etching iron dichloride iron plating process with addition of Al2O3 inert particles in ferrous chloride single salt solution (ferrous chloride concentration of 300 ~ 400 g/L) with no need of etching technology. The effects of particle content in bath and current density on the particle content in the deposit were discussed. The results showed that the Al2O3 content in deposit increases with increasing Al2O3 content in bath and reaches the maximum as the Al2O3 content in bath is increased to 50 g/L; the Al2O3 content in deposit shows a apex as current density is 25 A/dm2. The test results also showed that the composite has good wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
