基于ANSYS的带式输送机传动滚筒疲劳寿命分析研究

摘    要:传动滚筒是带式输送机的关键部件,它的寿命和强度对于整机的安全可靠运行具有重要的作用。用ANSYS对传动滚筒的静强度进行分析,得到了传动滚筒表面的应力和应变数值,确定其危险区域。并用ANSYS/FE-SAFE模块进行疲劳寿命的仿真。所得仿真结果与实际相符。

Abstract:The driver drum is a key part.The life and intensity of driver drum plays an important role in the belt conveyor running with high safety and reliability.The stress of driver drum is researched by the static intensity analysis with ANSYS,the value of the stress and strain on the driver drum surface has been gotten and the dangerous area is determined.With the FE-SAFE module,the fatigue life is simulated.The result obtained by simulation is close to actual value.
