摘    要:目的 提高风机叶片的寿命 .方法 为改变叶片表面耐磨性能 ,对其进行强化处理 .选择了强化方法及材料 ,确定了工艺及措施 ,并运用于生产实际 .结果 叶片寿命提高 4倍左右 ,保证了风机在一个大修期内不会因磨损而造成停机 .结论 作者研究得出的堆焊技术 ,经生产实际检验 ,是切实可行的 ,可以推广至同类应用场合

Abstract:Aim To prolong the life of fan blade, the surfacing technique is adopted. Methods Fan blade is hardened for improving the surface wearing performance of the fan blade. The strengthening methods and the material have been chosen, and the proper process is defined, which have been put into practice. Results The life of fan blade has been increased to about four times, and the new process can ensure the fan will not stop working due to wear during the span of life. Conclusion The technology of new surfacing is feasible after the proof of the practice. It can be applied in the other application circumstances.
