| 摘 要： | 本文结合湖北实际,对粮食仓储工作的现状进行了分析,指出了当前存在而应在“八五”期间加以解决的粮仓建设、粮库改革、科学研究、四无粮仓、人才培训五个问题。提出了粮仓建设的量化意见,讨论了粮库改革的方向、储粮科学研完的重点、坚持四无粮仓和提高人员素质的重要性。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the present state of grain storage work combining the real situation of Hubei Province and points oat the present five problems of grain bin construction, grain bin reform, scientific research four -no grain bins and talented persons' cultivation , which should be tackled during the eighth "Five-year plan" .The paper also puts forward the quantizing opinions about grain bin construction and discusses the orientation of grain bin reform, the emphasis of the scientific research of grain storage, the importance of persisting in four-no grain bins and enhancing the quality of grain workers. |
