| 摘 要： | 弹性学制给学生带来了益处，是高等教育改革的方向。新中国建国以来我国实行的是学年制，这种制度与弹性学制之间存在很大的不同，从而使弹性学制在实施过程中暴露了很多问题。解决这些问题不但要求我国高校积极改革完善教学管理和学籍管理，同时还要积极拓展融资渠道，加快基础设施的建设。

| Abstract: | One of educational system reforms is implementing flexible educational system, students have benefited from it. Traditional educational system and flexible educational system are difference, so many problems occurred when we implemented flexible educational system . To solve these problems, universities are asked to not only reform their managements of teaching and students' status, but also develop financing ways to built basic establishment. |
