中小型电力变压器及干式变压器的双目标最优设计

摘    要:本文提出在变压器节材、节能的双目标最优化设计中,有效材料费用比、损耗比及负载率是三个重要因素,在负载率一定的条件下,合理调整变压器的有效材料费用比及损耗比是实现变压器最经济设计的有效途径。文中针对中小型电力变压器及干式变压器,较深入地讨论了在不同负载率情况下变压器最经济设计的条件及设计方法,给出了变压器最经济设计的判据。几个优化设计实例表明,采用以上设计原则进行变压器的优化设计可以收到明显的经济效益。

Abstract:The cost ratio of active materials, the loss ratio and load-to-rated load ratio are three very important factors in the optimal design of transformers. For a given load-to-rated load ratio, the good way to reach the optimal design of transformers is to suitablely regulate the cost ratio of active materials and the Loss ratio. Some conditions of optimum design of transformers under different load-to-rated load ratio are given in the paper. Several examples of optimization show that obvious effectiveness of optimization can been obtained by using the design principles mentioned in the paper.
