汽轮机汽封间隙调整方法

摘    要:中小型汽轮机组在频繁启动过程中轴封套普遍存在严重磨损的现象,多数热电厂都会按照制造厂规定值的上限值或更大值对全部前汽封(后汽封)进行调整,导致前汽封漏汽量逐渐增大,甚至造成汽轮机油质严重恶化。提出了制造厂的规定值与热态启动时最大允许值相结合的调整方法,有效避免了汽封动、静之间的磨损。
