| Abstract: | In this research, the technology of supercritical extraction with carbon dioxide was studied and the process of supercritical fluid extraction to separate yolk oil was introduced. The effect of process parameters - pressure and temperature of extraction, flow rate of CO2 and time of experimenton on the extraction was examined in a series of experiments. The Optimum parameter was achieved. |
