ZrO2—Ni功能梯度材料界面结构的研究

摘    要:利用透射电镜和高分辨电子显微术研究了ZrO2-Ni功能梯度材料的界面形态与精细结构。结果表明,组元Ni和ZrO2以直接结合为主,无明显界面反应。ZrO2中t/m相界完全共格,存在大量界面结构台阶。

Abstract:The morphology and fine structure of phase interface in ZrO2-Ni functionally gradient material (FGM) were investigated by TEM and HREM. Most of the interfaces between ZrO2 and Ni components in the FGM are directly connected and no interface reaction has been detected. The t / m interface in ZrO2 component is coherent and contains structural steps. Furthermore, there are quite many growth defects-Frank dislocations near the Ni twin boundary.(Correspondent: ZHU Jingchuan, Campus Post Box 433, Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin 150001)
