| 摘 要： | 以壁挂空调器面板为例详细阐述了热流道注射模的结构设计要点与工作过程，通过采用先进的热流道系统，使得模具的使用寿命和可靠性大大提高，简化了模具结构，减少了废料的产生，从而大大缩短了产品的制造周期，提高了劳动生产效率，降低了材料的使用成本。

| Abstract: | With the hanging air-condition face-plate as an example, the main design point and working process of the hot runner mold are stated in detail. The service life and realiability of the mold is greatly improved by the advanced hot runner system ,the mold structure is simplified,and the flotsam is greatly cutted.The cycle of product making is greatly shortened.At the same time,the labour productivity is improved and the use cost of the material is geatly cutted. |
