| 摘 要： | 短波无线通信一般应用在军事及无线广播等领域，本文介绍了基于短波无线通信分布式测控系统网络的构成，叙述了采用VB程序设计，通过COM口，经短波通信数据终端及短波无线电台在计算机之间实现各种格式信息传送的实时通信方法。着重介绍在VB下以中断方式接收、二进制方式传输，文件操作，以及如何设计串行通信协议等问题。
