| 摘 要： | 选取三种不同类型的表面活性剂,对其在废旧报纸浮选过程中去除胶黏物以及油墨的影响进行了研究,并初步探讨了染色法对浮选过程中混合杂质的评价方法,取得了一定进展。结果表明,皂类表面活性剂用量在0.4%时,油墨去除率最高,为47.34%;阴离子表面活性剂用量在0.15%时,大胶黏物去除率最高为83.4%;非离子表面活性剂用量在0.15%时,混合杂质去除率最高为78.75%。综合整体浮选效果来看,选取0.15%的阴离子表面活性剂较其它两类表面活性剂具有较大的优势。

| Abstract: | This paper studied the removal efficiency of stickies and ink by using three different surfactants.This paper also investigated the possibility of detecting the mixed impurities by dying and image analysis method.The results showed that ink removal rate of the soap surfactant was the best,which was 47.34% at the dosage of 0.4%;the anion surfactant was the best in removing stickies,the removal rate was 83.4% at the charge of 0.15%;the nonionic surfactant was best in removing mixed impurities,the removal rate... |
