内燃机气门挺杆冷挤压工艺

摘    要:分析了气门挺杆的冷挤压工艺,设计了气门挺杆冷挤压模具。对工艺要点、模具结构及应用进行了系统阐述。该模具通用性强,只需更换少量模具零件,就可挤出多种型号的气门挺杆。该工艺节约了大量原材料和加工工时,提高了产品的机械性能,从而大大增强了产品的市场竞争力。

Abstract:Cold extrusion technology of valve lifters was analyzed and the cold extrusion die of valve lifters was designed. The key points of the technology,die structure and its application were elaborated systemically. The die is well applicable. It can extrude kinds of valve lifters with replacing of a few die parts. The technology saves a great lot of processing time and raw material and improves mechanical performance of products. Consequently,it enhances the competition of the products in market.
