摘    要:通过水热法制备了单分散的锑掺杂氧化锡(ATO)纳米材料,TEM表征显示所得的ATO纳米材料分散性好,粒径小,粒度分布窄。在使用特定表面活性剂的情况下,ATO纳米颗粒表现出一些自组装的行为,颗粒组装成规则的高分散纳米球体。

Abstract:Antimony doped tin oxide (ATO) nanoparticles were synthesized via a hydrothermal method. TEM images show highly dispersed ATO naoparticles with small particle size and narrow particle size distribution. With the presence of specific surfactant, the ATO nanoparticles present behavior of certain degree of self-organization. Accordingly, the nanoparticles assemble to form highly dispersed regular spheres.
