摘    要:在使用筛管悬挂器悬挂筛管进行完井时,正确计算憋压球下落速度可以较准确地估算球下落到球座的时间,这将有助于提高悬挂器坐挂成功率.目前尚没有统一的憋压球下落速度计算方法,为此,将常见的三种计算方法:斯托克斯(Stokes)定律、表观粘度计算法和牛顿-雷廷格公式进行比较,并通过实例验证,确定使用牛顿-雷廷格公式计算憋压球下落速度最为准确.

Abstract:In the screen well completion with liner hanger, calculates the drop speed of tripping ball correctly will be helpful to estimate the time of ball dropping to the seat, which will be helpful to enhance the hanger set success ratio. At present there is not a unified computational method of ball drop speed, wherefore, this article compare the three common computational methods: The Stokes' law, the apparent viscosity computation method and Newton - Rittiger the formula, and through the example confirmation, then determined the Newton - Rittiger' formula is the most correct one to calculate the tripping ball drop speed.
