海洋立管全尺寸疲劳试验方法研究及标准化应用

摘    要:为了定量评价海洋立管产品的疲劳寿命,对海洋立管共振弯曲疲劳试验的力学模型进行理论研究,得到该模型的应力幅和固有频率,为海洋立管全尺寸疲劳试验标准化提供理论依据。同时开发了共振弯曲疲劳试验平台,制订了SY/T 7605—2020《海洋立管全尺寸疲劳试验方法》等2项标准,进一步阐述了该标准的主要技术内容,规范了海洋立管全尺寸疲劳试验装置、试样设计与制备、试验结果处理等方面的具体技术要求。根据标准完成了20多组疲劳寿命测试,结果表明,立管系统的疲劳试验方法及焊接工艺较为合理,有助于提升海洋立管产品的质量。

Abstract:In order to effectively and quantitatively verify the fatigue life of marine riser, theoretical research on the mechanical model of resonant bending fatigue test of marine riser was established, the stress amplitude and natural frequency of the model are obtained,a resonant bending fatigue test platform was developed, and two standards such as SY/T 7605—2020 Full-size Fatigue Test Method for Marine Risers were formulated, and further elaborates the main technical content of the standard. The specific technical requirements for full-size fatigue test device, specimen design and preparation, and test result processing of marine riser are specified. More than 20 fatigue tests have been completed according to the standard. The results show that the fatigue design and welding process of marine riser are reasonable, which can improve the quality of marine riser products.
