小直径密集管排对接接头超声相控阵检测应用

摘    要:采用超声相控阵技术(PAUT),对电厂锅炉受热面的小直径密集管排对接接头进行了检测,并利用射线检测验证了超声相控阵实际检测结果。结果表明:超声相控阵技术检测灵敏度较高,探头小巧、灵活,且无辐射、无污染,能够适应多工种立体交叉作业现场,既解决了射线检测需要安全避让的问题,又弥补了常规超声波检测盲区及不足,能够实现电厂受热面小直径密集管排对接接头的无损检测工作。

Abstract:Taking ultrasonic phased array ultrasound testing (PAUT) as the research object, the detection application and research of small diameter dense tube row butt joint on the heating surface of power plant boiler are carried out, and the actual detection results of ultrasonic phased array are verified by radiographic testing. The results show that the ultrasonic phased array technology has high detection sensitivity, small and flexible probe, no radiation and no pollution, and can adapt to the multi-work three-dimensional cross operation site. It not only solves the problem of safe avoidance in radiographic detection, but also makes up for the blind area and deficiency of conventional ultrasonic testing,and can realize the nondestructive testing of small diameter dense tube row butt joint on the heating surface of power plant.
