风景名胜区遗产资源利用系统规划研究

风景名胜遗产资源是人类共同的财富,但它却面临着破坏性开发建设的威胁。根据遗产资源利用过程中出现的问题,提出建立风景名胜区遗产资源利用系统,设立遗产资源调查与评价的科学体系,规范风景名胜区总体规划、分区控制性详规和景点修建性详规的规划系统并建立遗产资源管理规划体系,通过战略管理、技术管理以及管理过程的反馈控制达到预警目的,确保风景名胜区遗产资源利用无误,达到风景名胜区遗产资源可持续利用的目标。

The Study on the Utilization System of Historic Resources in Famous Scenic Sites

Historic resources in famous scenic sites are the common wealth of the mankind. But they are facing destructive development now. Based on heritage issues arising in the process of resource utilizofion, this paper tries to establish o utilization system of historic resources in famous scenic sites and a scientific system of investigation and evaluation in historic resources, to standardize the master plan, regulatory plan and site plan of famous scenic sites and to establish a system of historic resources planning administration, with strategic management, technology management and feedback mechanism to achieve the goal of forewarning, to ensure that the historic resources in famous scenic sites are utilized unmistakably, and to achieve the goal of sustainable development.
