模糊正交法在钻头轴承磨损性能研究中的应用

摘    要:应用模糊正交的理论与方法,在建立牙轮钻头滑动轴承磨损性能多目标隶属函数的基础上,以模糊综合评价值作为目标函数,对影响轴承磨损性能各因素的主效应,两两因素之间的交互效应及全部因素水平搭配之间的交互效应进行了综合分析,弥补了方差分析只能研究单目标问题,不能全面反映实际情况的不足,为正确选择和配用滑动轴承材料提供了依据。各因素对牙轮钻头滑动轴承影响程度依次为配对副材料、润滑油粘度、下试样表面粗糙度、润滑油清洁度,除配对副材料外,润滑油对钻头滑动轴承的磨损性能也有重要影响。

Abstract:By means of the method and theory of fuzzy orthogonal design, after establishing the multiple-objective subordinate function about the abrasiveness of sliding bearing in a roller bit, a comprehensive analysis of factors effecting the abrasiveness of the sliding bearing is made by taking the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation valve as objective function. The main effect of each factor, the interactive effect between the factors, and the interactive effect among all levels of factors are analyzed. The analysis covers the shortage of variance analysis, providing a basis for the rational selection and matching of sliding bearing materials.
