摘    要:为了促进中学生心理健康教育的不断发展,促使中学生健康成长,根据初中生选择性阅读与心理调谐相关性的课题研究结果,从社会教育、学校教育、家庭教育等方面论述了选择性阅读对于中学生心理调谐的影响与作用,还就读物的选择问题和以选择性阅读调谐中学生心理的方式与策略问题提出了几点思考与建议。

Abstract:In order to improve the development of secondary school students' psychological health,according to the research results of the project on the relationship between secondary school students' selective readings and the psychological adjustments,this paper focuses on the influences and functions of selective readings on secondary school students' psychological adjustments from the perspective of social education,school education and family education.Suggestions are made on the methods and strategies of selective readings and secondary school students' psychological adjustments by selective readings.
