| 摘 要： | 采用正交试验与单因素试验相结合的方法，就马边磷矿中金属杂质对磷矿的酸解及过滤过程的影响进行了研究，讨论金属杂质对磷矿转化率和料浆粘度、电导率、过滤强度的影响及变化规律，确定了铁镁铝杂质对过滤强度产生影响的强弱程度。

| Abstract: | The effect of metal oxide impurities in Mabian rock for acidulation and filtration process is studied combining single factor experiment with orthogonal experiment. The influence and change relation of metal oxide impurities in Mabian rock on transform ratio of Mabian rock, viscosity of slurry, specific conductance of slurry and filtration intensity are discussed, and the effect extent of different factors on filtration process are confirmed. |
