| 摘 要： | 报告了法院庭审活动现状,调查了法院庭审活动需求,研究了基于流媒体的法院庭审数字影像系统的开发.对系统的软硬件结构,特别是系统的主要功能模块进行分析和设计,并对系统实现中的关键技术作了说明.系统采用B/S结构,基于.NET平台和Windows Media技术.系统总体设计合理,性能稳定,易于使用,具有较好的应用前景.
