等离子喷涂CoNiCrAlY+(ZrO2+Y2O3)涂层在TiAl合金表面的应用

摘    要:用等离子喷涂法在TiAl合金基体表面依次喷涂CoNiCrAlY涂层和(ZrO2 Y2O3)陶瓷障涂层,对处理后的TiAl合金进行高温氧化试验,结果表明,其高温抗氧化能力提高.并用XRD、SEM检测了试样的金相组织、结果及形貌。

Abstract:Using the technique of the plasma spraying,the CoNiCrAlY coating with ZrO_2+Y_2O_3 thermal barrier coating has been formed on the surface of TiAl alloy.Through the high temperature test,results show the oxidation resistance of the samples is enhanced very markedly.The microstructure and morphology of the samples were investigated by SEM and XRD.
