海绵铁在电炉上的应用试验

摘    要:在3t电弧炉上应用海绵铁试验生产40Cr和20CrMnTi钢锭,两次试验测得的海绵铁回收率分别为80.14%和78.34%,低于一般废钢回收率,试验证明,海绵铁能够稀释钢中S,P等有害残余元素,适合于生产优质钢,其用量以不超过20%为宜。

Abstract:Cr and 20CrMnTi ingots are experimentally produced used of sponge iron in 3t electric arc furnace.Through two experiments the recovery ratio of sponge iron separately are 80 14% and 78 34%,they are lower than recovery ratio of ordinary scrap steel.The experiments prove that the sponge iron can dilute of harmful impurity in liquid steel,for example,sulphur,phosphorus,etc.It is applicable for quality steel production and its used quantity of no excess of 20% is better.
