基于ANSYS的履带起重机桁架式吊臂模态分析

摘    要:基于ANSYS有限元分析软件对履带起重机吊臂进行了有限元模态分析,得到了各阶模态下吊臂的固有频率和振型,了解不同频率载荷对吊臂的影响,提出了设计改进措施,并找出外部激励应当尽量避免的危险频率。

Abstract:Finite element modal analysis on the truss jib of a crawler crane was conducted by using ANSYS,and then the natural frequencies and vibration modes of the jib at all orders of modes were obtained.Effects of loads with different frequencies on the jib were gained.In addition,improvement measures were proposed and dangerous frequencies of external excitation which should be avoided were determined.
